Questions People Ask Us Before Booking
This list gets updated as new questions come up in the bay. If yours isn't here, message us directly and we'll add it.
Do I have to buy clubs to get fit?
No. A board-and-tape session stands on its own. You get a written summary either way, and there's zero obligation attached to booking one.
What if I've never seen a lie board before?
Most people haven't. We explain each reading as it happens instead of assuming prior knowledge, and the impact board guide on this site covers the basics if you'd rather read ahead of time.
How much time should I block off?
Budget 45 to 60 minutes for a single club. A full set of irons runs closer to 90. If you're doing the whole bag, block a solid three hours and expect to leave early only if you want to.
Is there a hard sell at the end?
No follow-up calls, no pressure in the room. Buy nothing and you still walk out with a report. Buy something and the session fee comes off the price.
What do I need to bring with me?
Whatever's already in your bag for the category you're booking, your normal golf shoes, and a rough sense of your handicap if you keep track of one.
Can I get a lie reading without booking a full fitting?
Yes. A short board-only visit exists for golfers who just want to know what their current setup is doing before deciding anything else.
How fast can I actually get new clubs?
Stock parts usually mean a finished club inside a week. Everything gets built on-site, so there's nothing shipped out and shipped back.
Do you fit left-handed players?
Every category, every session. The demo wall carries left-handed options and the board process doesn't change either direction.
What happens if a spec needs a tweak after I start playing it?
Bring it back inside 30 days. Lie, loft, and length adjustments in that window don't cost you anything.
Where do most of your clients drive in from?
Franklin covers a lot of the calendar, with a steady stream from Brentwood, Nolensville, and Spring Hill, plus regulars who make the drive out from Nashville.
